Mandarin Park is an interactive real estate experience that helps international buyers explore property developments visually before visiting in person. We built an immersive 3D showcase platform that drives engagement and increases viewing requests from global audiences.

The Challenge

The client needed a high-fidelity 3D property visualization platform that could run smoothly in web browsers across all devices — including mobile — without compromising on visual quality or performance for international buyers.

Our Solution

We engineered an interactive real estate platform using Three.js and WebGL for high-fidelity 3D rendering, GSAP for smooth cinematic animations and Next.js for fast server-side rendering. The solution includes 4K property asset optimization, mobile-first responsive architecture and an intuitive interactive UI for international buyers.
