About the Project:
1st Class Homes is a large-scale enterprise real estate portal for the Cyprus market, designed to keep thousands of property listings synchronized and searchable in real time. We built a high-performance search system that automates MLS data synchronization and delivers fast, accurate results to buyers and investors.
The Challenge
The client needed a scalable property search platform capable of handling 5,000+ daily listing updates from multiple MLS sources via API — while keeping search results fast, accurate and always up to date for users across Cyprus.
Our Solution
We engineered a full-stack real estate portal using PHP/Laravel for the backend, MySQL for structured data storage, Redis for caching and Elasticsearch for fast full-text property search. The system includes automated MLS synchronization, real-time listing updates and advanced filtering by location, price and property type.
