Aphrodite Property Sales – Multilingual PropTech Platform for Cyprus Golf Properties

About the Project:

Aphrodite Property Sales is a Cyprus-based real estate agency specializing in golf property. We delivered a complete platform redesign to serve the agency’s genuinely international buyer base, from visual overhaul to multilingual support and Cyprus-specific tools most real estate platforms don’t offer.

The Challenge

The existing site needed a full visual refresh, better property discovery tools, and support for buyers who don’t all search in English. International buyers also needed a way to understand Cyprus-specific costs, like deed transfer fees, without contacting an agent first.

Our Solution

We engineered a complete WordPress redesign covering UI/UX, listing display, multilingual setup (English, Russian and Greek), interactive search and filtering, Google Maps integration with clustering, and a custom Cyprus deed transfer fee calculator, alongside integrated lead capture via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and custom forms.
